A descriptive paragraph that tells clients how good you are and proves that you are the best choice that they’ve made.

K12 Computers can organize, pack, and pick up all surplus electronic equipment. When building our K12 Solution Set more than 89% of districts interviewed preferred to have an all-in-one solution rather than using multiple vendors to handle the recycling and reselling of equipment. At K12 Computers we handle all equipment and give the district payouts on both the resellable equipment as well as the recycle equipment. So each organization ends up getting two forms of income and our team does all the work!

K12 Computers has four timelines of payment to ensure that each district has the option that best suits their needs. If your organization has a list of equipment to surplus our team can evaluate that list and send you a price for it that can be paid upfront prior to any pickup. If your equipment is in closets, containers, or all mixed together our team can handle all logistics, sorting, data deletion, testing and place you on one of the following payout timelines:

  1. 1-2 Weeks (As-Is Value)
  2. 5-8 Weeks (Fair Market Value)
  3. 9-12 Weeks (Net Revenue Share).

K12 Computers provides a series of reports to make sure each organization has all the information they need on their surplus equipment. Our dashboard provides access to Receiving Reports (Weights of each Category), Audit Reports (Serials/Asset Tags w/ Device Info), Data Deletion Certifications (Third-Party Verified), Shipment Summaries (Per PO), Purchase Orders (Payout Information), Impact Reports (ESG Data), and a number of custom reports at request.

All data is deleted in compliance with the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s 800-88 Guidelines utilizing third-party verified software.

Payments made via certified checks and/or ACH transfer are the most common requests. If a district or organization doesn’t want to receive a cash payout, K12 Computers offers a variety of options to receive a return on surplus material.

K12 Computers can apply funds to the purchase of new devices, device repair, cybersecurity services, and/or other services included in our LifeCycle Management Solution Set. K12 Computer’s can also work directly with the district’s reps to help procure new devices from the school’s preferred vendor.
